1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Halal Agro ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.
2Description of Service
Halal Agro provides an online marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of halal-certified livestock, meat products, and related services. We facilitate communication and transactions but are not party to the actual sale agreements between buyers and sellers.
3User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid phone number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
5Listings and Transactions
5.1 Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, fair pricing, and valid halal certifications (where applicable). Sellers are solely responsible for the quality, legality, and halal compliance of their products.
5.2 Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for verifying product details, inspecting livestock before purchase, and ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding livestock ownership and transport.
5.3 Platform Role
Halal Agro acts as a marketplace platform only. We do not own, sell, or control the products listed. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or halal compliance of listings.
6Halal Verification
While we verify halal certifications submitted by sellers, we cannot guarantee the halal status of products. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence. Our verification process checks documentation authenticity but does not constitute an independent halal certification.
7Fees and Payments
Listing products on Halal Agro is currently free for up to 5 listings. Premium features and additional listings may require subscription fees. Payment processing fees may apply when payment integration is launched.
8Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Halal Agro or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
9Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Non-halal or haram products
- Stolen or illegal goods
- Products without proper health certifications
- Endangered or protected species
- Counterfeit halal certifications
10Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
11Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS.
12Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HALAL AGRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
