How can I verify a seller's halal certification?
Look for the green "Halal Verified" badge with a shield icon. This badge means we've manually verified the seller's halal certification against official bodies like JAKIM, MUI, or MUIS. You can click the badge to see certification details.
Can I use Halal Agro in Bahasa Malaysia?
Absolutely! Halal Agro supports both English and Bahasa Malaysia seamlessly. Switch languages anytime using the language selector in the header - your preference is remembered for future visits.
How quickly are listings approved?
Most listings are reviewed and live within 24 hours. If your listing requires halal certification verification, expect 2-3 business days. You'll receive email and in-app notifications when your listing goes live.
What payment methods will be available?
We're launching integrated payments soon! Upcoming options include Billplz (Malaysia), bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets. For now, buyers and sellers arrange payment directly with full transparency.
